How do I earn rewards?
When you sign up to our rewards programme on our website, you'll collect points for every purchase you make.
You get 50 points for every £10 spent. There are also other ways to boost your points when you follow us on social media.
What can I spend my points on?

You can redeem your rewards against any purchase on our website as long as you have a minimum of 500 points.
You get:
- £5 off with 500 points
- £10 off with 900 points
- £25 off with 2,000 points
- £50 off with 3,500 points
You can't use these points in conjunction with any other offer.

We aim to get all orders out the day after they've been placed. When we're busy, this may take a little longer.
We use Royal Mail second class to send our parcels out.

Yes, absolutely. You can add a note when you place your order, or you can email us at customer@oirsoap.co.uk and let us know what you'd like the note to say

Yes!
You can get our soaps on a four or six weekly subscription option. When you choose to buy this way, you'll save some money too:
- Delivery every four weeks - 20% off
- Delivery every six weeks - 10% off
Can I pick the soap scents for my subscription?
Can I pick the soap scents for my subscription?
You can either get the same scent of soap for each delivery, or pick our scent of the month option where we'll send you a different scent on rotation.

You can cancel your subscription at any time on your online account with us.
Alternatively, you can email us and we can do it for you.

You can come and see us in person at our factory shop in Dalmeny, just outside Edinburgh.
Our address is 8a Main Street, Dalmeny, EH30 9TU.
There's lots of free parking available right outside.
