Thank you for shopping at Oir. We hope you love your products, but if you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we'll do our best to help.
Returns
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee.
If you’re not happy with your products for any reason you have 30 calendar days from the moment your order is placed to return them. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please email customer@oirsoap.co.uk if you’d like to return an item. We’ll provide a returns form for you to complete. The returns form will have all the information required for you to make the return.
Only products purchased through oirsoap.co.uk may be returned to us. Products purchased through an authorised retailer must be returned to the original place of purchase in accordance with the retailer’s policy.
You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an item is returned to us after failure to deliver, you are liable for the shipping costs for it to resent or refunded.
Non-delivery of items
If your order is returned to us owing to one of the following issues:
- Address incomplete or inaccessible
- Addressee gone away
- Parcel not called for
Then you may either request a refund or for the item to be returned. Both options will be subject to a £3.50 postage and handling fee in the UK.
Any other issues
If there's anything wrong with your order, you have 30 calendar days from the date of order to contact us via email and raise an issue. Any issues beyond this date will not be considered.
